Value:
£250,000

Programme:
Completed 2016

Scheme:

JB Riney carried out a street scene improvement scheme surrounding 10 Trinity Square – London’s first 7 Star Hotel – over a 3 month period. The scheme consisted of installing new Yorkstone paving to the frontage of 10 Trinity Square as well as re-constructing the carriageway in multi-coloured setts.

Description:

Works included excavating existing carriageway and installing a new concrete bed. A 5 colour mixed random patterned granite setts were installed at Trinity Square. All works progressed well and ahead of programme and completed by the end of May. This represented major savings for the City of London regarding the adjacent parking suspensions required for the total duration of works.
