At JB Riney we believe apprentices from local communities are essential to our growth and it’s why we invest heavily in the training and development of young people, giving them the tools and opportunities they need to make a real contribution to our industry.
We provide our staff with careers, not just jobs. We focus on hands-on practical experience and provide extensive training programmes. Training requirements identified through apprenticeships also provide an opportunity to give back to the communities we operate in, which is why we offer placements in many of our key contract areas. These currently include:
